Essa ilustração foi criada para um livro educacional publicado pela Macmillan Publishing Group. Um dos textos fala sobre estereótipos relacionados com diferentes nacionalidades e usa uma piada como exemplo:
"Paraíso é onde a polícia é Inglesa, os cozinheiros são Franceses, os mecânicos são Alemães, os amantes são Italianos e tudo é organizado pelos Suíços. Inferno é onde a polícia é Alemã, os cozinheiros são Ingleses, os mecânicos são Franceses, os amantes são Suíços e tudo é organizado pelos Italianos."
O cliente pediu apenas a cena do Paraíso, então fiz esse pequeno
"Paraíso Perfeito".

This is a illustration created for a educational book published by Macmillan Publishing Group. A text talked about national stereotypes and a joke describing the differences between Heaven and Hell:
"Heaven is where the police are English, the cooks are French, the mechanics are German, the lovers are Italian, and everything is organized by the Swiss. Hell is where the police are German, the cooks are English, the mechanics are French, the lovers are Swiss, and everything is organized by the Italians.”
Since the client need only the Heaven-related part, I went to create this little scene with all the characters in this little "Perfect Heaven".
